ANTIGON URBAN CHIC HOTEL
The Antigon Urban Chic hotel is a new hotel unit in the Antigonide area – the historic center of Thessaloniki. It is housed in a four-storey listed building with a been fully-restored two-storey addition.
Beyond the seamless integration of this addition into the architectural composition and the enhancement of the unique architectural character of the listed building, the main challenge was the highlighting of the archaeological findings in the uncovered area of the plot, where the hotel restaurant was designed.
The interior design integrates the modern aesthetic of an urban hotel into the historic building and renders a modern and pleasant environment for the visitors, welcoming them into a premium, yet warm and affordable accommodation experience.
