PRODEA CORPORATE OFFICES

The Prodea Corporate Offices is a project of adaptive integration of office uses on a listed building. It is located on Chrysospiliotissis street in the city center of Athens and comprises of a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, two typical floors and a rooftop.

The structural and functional aspects of the company subsidized the need of separated office departments and the creation of both secluded and open space offices. In a parallel manner, the design included complementary uses – such as meeting rooms, a lobby with a waiting room and a venue – incorporating a series of modern Greek artworks, to be highlighted and exhibited.

The overall design approach emphasized the historical character of the building, the functional adequacy of its spaces, the tactility as a means of aesthetic adequacy, and state-of-the-art technological standards. This range of architectural choices was thoroughly studied and guided by the high LEED and WELL standards.
