IKOS OLIVIA RESORT
Ikos Olivia is a modern five-star hotel unit on the second leg of Halkidiki. It is nested within a magnificent natural landscape next to a beautiful olive grove. The main challenge of the project was the utilization of the already-existing austere construction shell of the old hotel and the imprint of earthy elegance and warm hospitality.
The inclusion of natural materials, such as wood and stone, earthy colors and transparencies transitioned the old building into the hotel’s new hospitality philosophy.
