UPPER SIX RESIDENCE

The Upper Six apartment brief entailed the ground-up reconstruction of an old workshop, and the creation of a fully sustainable loft without commpromising the industrial character of the space.

The final result saw the open-plan space as the focal point of the design as the rooms developed around the living room and kitchen; a functional separation was achieved with an elongated partition.

Bold colors and custom-made light fixtures convey a pop-art aesthetic and exposed concrete structural elements maintain the industrial look-and-feel.
